Introduction
Your program have partnered with LBI Foundation to support the delivery of a consistent, intentional and trauma-informed practice culture. This work has been made practical through the IMPACT Program.
This 15-minute survey provides an opportunity to reflect on how you currently express seven key IMPACT competencies.
It offers benefits for everyone:
- You – Revisit and reflect on key IMPACT concepts. If you choose to provide your email address on the survey page, you will receive a personalised summary of your results.
- Your Program – Your program will receive a de-identified overview of how the staff team collectively expresses IMPACT competencies, helping to guide future professional development initiatives.
- LBI Foundation – Will use the de-identified data to evaluate and improve the IMPACT Program.
LBI Foundation is committed to conducting all data collection in a best-practice manner; as per a dedicated Research and Evaluation Policy. There are no foreseeable risks through your involvement in this process. This data collection is governed by the following:
- While we request that you log-on to minimise our data being contaminated by spam, your name and email will be removed from any data you provide.
- De-identified and collated responses may be made available on public platforms and/or analysed by independent evaluators or university researchers (where ethical approval has been provided).
- You will not directly benefit from taking part in this program review.
- You are free to withdraw from this review at any time.
- Your participation is voluntary. If you decide not to participate, this will have no bearing on your relationship with your agency nor LBI Foundation.
