Introduction
Your school have partnered with LBI Foundation to support the growth of a wellbeing and trauma-informed educational culture. This work has been made practical through the IMPACT Program.
You are being invited to support the review and evaluation of this work through the completion of a 10-15min self-assessment. The questions map to the 7 meta-cognitive competencies that underpin the IMPACT Program.
Where you choose, you will have the opportunity to receive an email summary of your personal results.
LBI Foundation is committed to conducting all program reviews in a best-practice manner; as per a dedicated Evaluation Policy. There are no foreseeable risks through your involvement in this process. This review is governed by the following:
- Your name, email and identity will not be linked to any data you provide.
- De-identified and collated responses may be made available on public platforms and/or analysed by independent evaluators or university researchers (where ethical approval has been provided).
- You will not directly benefit from taking part in this program review.
- You are free to withdraw from this review at any time.
- Your participation is voluntary. If you decide not to participate, this will have no bearing on your relationship with your school nor LBI Foundation.
